…but I didn’t understand the instructions…by Tegan

''But I didn’t understand the instructions!'' Courtney cried.

''You should have looked at them more carefully then Courtney! '' Imani shouted back at her. The two girls looked furiously at each other.

''What have you two girls done?'' questioned their mum.

''She did it.'' They shouted at each other as they pointed at each other.

Later that afternoon Imani went to her friends and Courtney was left at home she went onto the internet and decided to get a replica of their school project and gave it to Imani when she got back.

She got back and apologised to Courtney.

The giant cup by Tegan

"How did it get there?" I asked my sister as we both circled the mysterious object in the ground. I wondered  how'd it get stuck in the ground? Why's it there? Sofia told me to run back home and get a spade to dig it out so I did. I came back, Sofia started to dig a hole.
Finally, we managed to get the cup out of the hole and on the side it said the person who manages to find this and dig it out must bring it to house ## Burgh Road so we did and we left with an amazingly big prize.

…but what if I was in charge?… by Tegan

This morning I watched the news with my family then the prime minister came on. I thought, 'This is BORING.' Then I wondered ‘...but what if I was charge?... this place would be very different. I would let the schools finish early or in fact no school no homework bonus, kids would be in charge of money. The adults would be in work 24/7 and people would learn to drive at the age of 13.’ I told my mum about my plan, she said that the Prime Minister or Queen make those decisions, ever since I have been trying to become the king.

Ladder Goldfish Flew Brown Slowly by Tegan

"WAAAHHHHHH," cried the goldfish as his mum took his new Xbox away from him.
"Maybe you should try behaving yourself more often the you won't lose your stuff," his mother said slowly to her son as he flew out the door in tears. He swam to the local newsagent without a stop; he was gasping for breath as he spoke to the newsagent. Raj turned his head from the top of the ladder with shock, "What's wrong, young Mr Brown?" exclaimed Raj.
"M....my mum has taken away my XBOX," he replied wearily.
 "You should try behaving better."
Ever since then he's behaved.

The hooded figure - by Tegan

This morning I was walking through the forest and I saw this scary looking creature standing there in a black cloak with a hood over his head. As I walked over, it was staring at passers-by. I was a bit worried about what to do. Should I be afraid - should I not? I was starting to walk away when I realised he was staring at me as I walked away. I walked past it and it was still staring at me I didn't know what to do. Will I ever see it again I hope not?

Treasured Item by Tegan

My most precious thing is small in size, it is made out of crystal and is one of my memories. It was given to me when my granddad died and I have looked after it since 2013. It would go very slow if it was real but, it is not. It carries its home on its back and it stays at home with me. If I was a bird I would eat it for breakfast but with this one they can`t because It`s crystal and It will be something I cherish forever because he is special and I miss my granddad.

Professor Crocodile by Tegan

Today I met Professor Crocodile, he was stuck on the river bank and I offered to help him. I noticed when I got closer that he had a huge purple twisted tail. I thought he would be easy to move but I pushed and pulled and found him really difficult to move. I have never met a purple crocodile who could talk before, he was really funny. I think no one would believe me if I told them that crocodiles could talk, or even a purple one. Have you ever met a purple talking crocodile? Well believe me, I have.

The lantern of candy by Tegan

It was broken, the lantern of candy had been broken! Was it so possible that it could have happened, this wonderful piece of art turned into a monstrosity. Who could have done this? I need to find this person. What shall I do seeing as I was small. I took it to the museum owner (who was Theo) who took it to Lucas (lab worker) he managed to fix it right up. They asked who was keeping it, I said the museum hopefully so that monstrosity of a person would never do it again. Thanks to Lucas the lantern of candy is fixed.
