Today I was so cross that I smacked my older brother in the face and told nobody about it.

Walking up towards my older brother, I asked him, “Do you want to play a match of pool/snooker with me?”

He replied with, “No, you are really annoying!”

I was really cross at that point, so I decided to get my fist out and smacked him right in the face. I was now in shock because that was only the second time I had ever beat my brother up and on the other hand I only used one move with my fist.

The Museum by Harley

Waking up in a dark museum, I heard noises coming from on top of the roof which sounded like things I’d never heard before. I looked up as slow as a slug and saw some sort of creature moving through the cracks of the wooden roof. The noises were getting deeper sounding by every second and closer by every minute. My heart was beating as fast as anything now and I was extremely scared. Suddenly, something tapped me on the back with its claws and I fainted instantly.

I woke up that same day knowing that it was a dog.

RED LADDER SINKING COINS PAVEMENT by Harley

Today was the day when a red ladder was sinking in the pavement because of the golden coins. 

Getting up out of my bed I travelled down Lumley Road to see what the golden coins had destroyed. Looking around for disaster, nothing unusual was to be seen by me and all the nearby people. In the distance I spotted a red ladder slowly sinking into the pavement. I ran over to see what was happening (it was very unusual). The ladder was 4m deep into the ground and had seconds before it would disappear. The ladder was now gone forever...

…the vinegar was too sharp… by Harley

Today was the day when the vinegar was too sharp. Sitting on a seat eating some chips, I noticed that the vinegar on my delicious chips had a really funny taste which made them taste really sharp (in a bad way). Standing up going towards the chef of the restaurant, I asked, “Why does the vinegar on my chips taste sharp?”

And he replied with, “Sorry but our vinegar is sharp so if you do not like it just don’t come back.” After that day I never went to that fish and chips shop for the rest of my life.

Today was the day when it was completely out of tune.

Walking along the streets with my guitar in my hand, I decided to make a stand so I could stand there and play the guitar in front of all the nearby people. Playing the guitar to everyone nearby, something surprising happened. My guitar started to become completely out of tune, and everyone was laughing at me. I kept on trying and trying to play the guitar at my best but every sound that I tried to do turned out to be rubbish. Within a few seconds I had fainted...

Today the light blinded him. by Harley

As I got up this morning I found myself in my room but it looked different (very different) it had stripes, spots and lots of other different shapes on it, my bed also had lots of shapes on it as well, it was starting to get a bit mysterious. I went over to my friend’s house and asked him if he could research some ideas of what happened to my bedroom. I asked him to come to my house to see it, so he did. He came in my bedroom and the light blinded him...

Harley - But they were exhausted

A boy named Tim was competing in a 10,000m run today. When he got to school he found out that the competition started at 12:00 so he got prepared just before the big event. Suddenly, Tim got pulled over to go race, this was it the 10,000m run. Just before the race someone got a colossal microphone and screamed, “On your marks, get set, go!” Tim was speeding round the corners in first place so he decided to walk the last part. After the race people told him, “You should've ran to the end!” 

He replied with, “But they were exhausted.”

Today, I woke up ready to have an interview with LeBron James (the best basketball player ever) because of my winning basketball shot from last week’s game. He says to me that my shot was outstanding (I shot from one basketball net to the other). When I scored the whole crowd stood up came onto the court and went crazy. In my opinion, it was one of the best shots in all the history of basketball. I looked into the distance and suddenly spotted someone with a camera. We seemed to be on the television.

The bike by Harley

Dear Diary,

                  Today, was the day when a swarm of animals put my bike in a tree!

I woke up this morning wanting to have a good bike ride round the oak forest and then this happened. I was riding my bike as usual until a swarm of animals came running at me, that was when the disaster happened. I rapidly raced away from them and as I turned around they had my bike stuck in a tree. (I had to run away because there were: lions, tigers, bears, and even snakes.) That was my day of disaster.

Today was the day my mum said no, I woke up this morning expecting I would be able to buy everything (like usual) so I approached my mum asking for expensive items that I wanted and my mum looked at me and screamed, “NO!” My mum went on to say, “I have had enough, you’ve bought too much, you can’t buy anything ever!”

I felt like nothing could be done anymore and I asked, “What did I do?”

She responded with, “You have done nothing, but you just can’t be spending that type of money.”

I mumbled quietly, “I’m sorry.”

Today was the day the detective found a new species. This morning a wise detective (named Bill) was going out to find a new species that could make him rich forever. He was on a field next to a crooked barn so he could find hundreds of creatures that no one ever knew about. He was there for hours and he could not find a single creature so he decided to get a chair from the barn, sit on it and think about all the creatures that he wanted to appear. Suddenly a swarm of creatures came towards him and...

Bath Fighter Danced Orange Clumsily, by Harley H

Today was the day when I attacked the orange bath fighter who danced clumsily. That morning I was leaving the shop as I always do on a Saturday at 7:00 and I was heading towards my crooked house (it was crooked but amazing inside.) As I entered my house I heard something coming from upstairs and I went up, and a colossal orange bath tub was dancing clumsily ready to fight me and I was freaked out. I smacked him and he just collapsed. I whispered to myself, “Well that was easier than I expected.”

These sculptures are animals that have been turned into stone because of what they did in there life-time (they did bad things.) Most of these animals have been in the same place because if one of them has been bad the others copy. These animals are located at a grave in Mexico, several people wonder what they are and it makes them thinks for hours. These animals can still feel, smell and do all the other senses but they can’t move and that makes them as angry as a red eyed evil bull. Maybe they will soon come alive?

Today was the day when the daddy flame dragon came back for revenge. I got up out of my bed as usual and went over to the mysterious lake. There was a sign on the side of the lake which said, “Don’t jump in or you will drown!” but the water seemed to be going backwards and I was wondering what on earth was going on. All of a sudden a colossal flame dragon rose from the water and blew flames at whatever it could see, then I said to myself, “Is this the dad of the flame dragon?”

One day a giant fell from the sky and got stuck into the ground. As he was trying to exit the ground he started to struggle breathing for a moment and then he froze into the ground. His hands were poking out of the ground with a colossal nail that was helping him dig out of the ground. He felt himself shake up every single day because of all the people climbing on him and stamping their feet next to him. Every day the giant got more annoyed and then one day he started to turn into stone.

The flame dragon was getting mad at this point and all of a sudden started waving the river around and it started to change colours. Then I thought to myself, but what colour should it be? And then the river stopped changing colours and turned into a diamond green colour. After I admired the diamond green river, the dragon was nowhere to be seen and all of a sudden the dragon came up behind me and tried to kill me but in the slightest bit of time I managed to get away. (I decided to defeat it another day.)

STAIRS RIVER PINK COOKED NERVOUS by Harley

I went on to fight the dragon but I was too nervous to do it so I decided to go back to my house and go up my pink stairs so I could think of a plan to defeat the dragon. Before I went to it I cooked myself a delicious meal. I went off to fight the dragon and I realised it was swimming in a gooey river so then I thought I’m not going to jump in there so then I thought that I could throw something at it, so I did and it didn’t go well!

As the flame dragon was chasing me down the road I saw a letter at the front door of my house, so I rapidly sprinted to my house and read the letter. As I read the contents of the letter, I was aware of the smile on my face when everyone stared at me thinking, 'What is he so happy about?' What they didn’t know was that the letter was about me going home again like I always was but then I noticed that on the bottom of it, it said you have to defeat the dragon before you go.

I was woken by a flame dragon on the other side of the portal door, I went into a secret dimension, then I ended up in this haunted house with the same dragon who always flamed ice. I was cold, the dragon, who was a lime colour, regularly stomped past this humongous clock tower to get to the haunted house that I’m trapped in right now. I was trying to escape but it seemed like I’d have to hide because of how fast and strong the flame dragon was so what I did was laid under the bed and waited.
