A goldfish was slowly swimming around its bowl when it thought about why it couldn’t fly. So, this goldfish decided to try it. It spotted a ladder nearby and tried to jump onto it; as soon as it did, the goldfish realised that it had three seconds until it was going to fall off. Which meant it had to be quick. It flew across the room from the ladder to the brown kitchen worktop. It managed to land successfully. But, when its human owner walked in she witnessed the goldfish dying in front of her. The owner burst into tears.
Such a sad ending.I love the idea of a goldfish having deep thoughts about flying.Great use of the prompt words,highlighted in colour for all to see.
