Only five minutes left on the last day of the school term, everyone was getting ready to go home when our teacher handed out a sheet of paper, it was homework to do over the holidays.
Everybody moaned, “No not homework!”
“Do we have to do homework?” Faith said.
“Yes, you do, if it’s not done - you will be in big trouble and miss your break times until it’s completed!” the teacher replied.
Everyone put it in their bags while the teacher was watching.
“Why do we have to do homework?” said Arthur.
The teacher replied, “Because I said so!”
